This series of plate vulcanizing machine is used to press molding all kinds of rubber model products and non-model products of the main equipment, can also be used to press all kinds of thermosetting plastics and foaming rubber and plastic products. It has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts centralized control by push button. The working pressure and heating temperature can be adjusted within a certain range. This model is divided into manual and semi-automatic two.
Adopting imported high temperature resistant steel, the surface is treated by deep carbonisation, hard chrome plating and other processes, which has the characteristics of fast heat transfer, fast cooling, corrosion resistance, high hardness, no deformation and so on. Back built-in heater and thermostat, high power, fast warming, sensitive temperature measurement, uniformity, small temperature error range.
